Indoor Air Quality
Indoor Air Quality is essential to maintaining a comfortable home and indoor air pollution can
trigger asthma and allergies. New homes are constructed with tighter windows and doors to save
energy, but they also keep fresh air out. The lack of adequate indoor air circulation will lead
to poor indoor air quality.
We utilize the AirAdvice Indoor Air Analysis system to analyze your home's indoor air quality.
The AirAdvice IAQ monitor is placed in your home for four days. A report detailing the daily air
quality levels of particle allergens, chemical pollutants, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature and humidity is provided to the homeowner. This Health, Comfort & Safety Analyses report also suggests ways to solve the identified air quality problems.
To improve indoor air quality we recommend Bryant Thermostats, Bryant PerfectAirâ„¢ Purifiers, Bryant UV lights and Bryant HRV and ERV units.
